In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the mdgwin website accessible at https://mdgwin.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimized versions, and any associated application interfaces.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to mdgwin and its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means a registered mdgwin player account created through the Platform's registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in your mdgwin Account wallet at any given time, excluding any bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentive-based credits awarded to your Account by mdgwin.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, the process by which mdgwin verifies the identity and age of a Player prior to permitting withdrawals or elevated deposit limits.
• "IDR / Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the lawful currency of the Republic of Indonesia, which is the primary transaction currency on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited under applicable local or national law.

Access to and use of the mdgwin Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. mdgwin strictly prohibits access by minors. This minimum age threshold is higher than the general adult majority in many jurisdictions and reflects our commitment to responsible gaming.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organizations may not register as players.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your country or region of residence.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of mdgwin or any of its associated game providers, software suppliers, or affiliate partners.
6. You must not have a current self-exclusion agreement in place with mdgwin or any associated platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you must contact our Responsible Gaming team before attempting to re-register.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements stated above. mdgwin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of age.

To access real-money features of the mdgwin Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following rules apply to all Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active mdgwin Account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. mdgwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure.
• KYC Verification: mdgwin requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as an Indonesian National Identity Card, known as KTP, or a passport) and, in some cases, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
• Account Security: You must notify mdgwin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any breach of your Account security.

mdgwin reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any Account registration at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the registration information provided is false, misleading, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

mdgwin supports a range of local Indonesian payment methods designed to make deposits and withdrawals straightforward and efficient for Indonesian players.

Accepted Deposit Methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet payments via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• mdgwin targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times during high-volume periods or for accounts requiring additional review may be longer.
• Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by you (excluding bonus amounts) may generally be withdrawn at any time without wagering conditions, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.
• mdgwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests of an unusually large amount or that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may extend processing time.

mdgwin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, a nd VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. mdgwin reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement for casino bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, and for sports betting bonuses is 5x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Unused Bonus Funds that expire will be removed from your Account without notice.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games, progressive jackpot slots, and specific table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates will be disclosed in each promotion's terms.
• mdgwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing obligations to players who have already claimed a bonus will be honored.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, use of betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or coordinated play with other accounts, will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on the mdgwin Platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific, market-specific, or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: mdgwin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after initial acceptance, if there is evidence of a system error, manifest pricing error, or irregular betting patterns.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and within individual game interfaces. mdgwin may adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on betting history and risk assessment.
• Odds Changes: Pre-match odds are subject to change until a bet is formally confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play odds fluctuate in real time; confirmed bets retain the odds locked at confirmation.
• Voided Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, proven technical malfunction, or where settlement was made in error. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to your Account balance.
• Sports Betting Markets: mdgwin offers markets across football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), volleyball, basketball, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Mix parlay (accumulator bet) markets are subject to additional terms published at the point of bet placement.
• Casino Games: All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, are operated by licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). Game rules and return-to-player (RTP) rates are published within each game's information panel. mdgwin is not responsible for any interruption of game sessions caused by network or device failure on the player's side.
• Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on the Platform are governed by the specific draw schedules and prize structures published in the Togel section of the Platform. Results are final upon official draw confirmation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mdgwin Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, or colluding with other players to share accounts.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption, or placing bets based on insider information relating to the outcome of any event.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, malfunctions, or loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a known software error must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mdgwin staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymization technology.

All content on the mdgwin Platform — including but not limited to the mdgwin brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the property of mdgwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mdgwin.

Third-party game content provided by studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to mdgwin for display on the Platform. Your use of those game interfaces does not grant you any rights in the underlying software or content.

mdgwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mdgwin implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect the integrity and confidentiality of your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios, and regulatory bodies as required by our operational and legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mdgwin's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mdgwin expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, force majeure events, government actions, or third-party system failures.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that contains a manifest error.
• The content, practices, or conduct of third-party game providers whose games are accessible through the Platform.

mdgwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• mdgwin has reason to believe that you have engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Your Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. A prior notice will be sent to your registered email address before dormancy action is taken.
• mdgwin is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure of a verified Account with a positive balance, any remaining real-money funds will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to any pending withdrawal reviews.

Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdgwin is incorporated and licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising between you and mdgwin in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of mdgwin's licensing jurisdiction for final resolution.

Nothing in this clause limits mdgwin's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent harm arising from prohibited conduct.

mdgwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 11 above.
